Sattibabu from Atthili (Ravi Teja) is a thief who lives on pick pocketing and mischief. Brahmanandam is his associate. Both the thieves lead their lives in their way. Anushka, a girl from a well-off North Indian family happens to face Sattibabu and falls in his love. On the other hand, Devgarh is the place that’s ruled by a hooligan called Bavji. His right hand man Titla (Ajay) is a dreadful being who lives on killing people. They frighten the village and rule roost by playing with the chastity of house wives and forcibly collecting illegal taxes. Vikram Rathod (Ravi Teja) comes as an ASP to the place. It’s a game between the police and anti-social forces that narrates the rest of the story. What’s the relation between Sattibabu and Vikram Rathod? Well, nothing more than holding similarity in features. The 8 year old girl child is the emotionally sentimental element that abridges these two Ravi Tejas. In course of action, Vikram Rathod scarifies his life. The rest is how Sattibabu take the disguise of Vikram Rathod and puts an end to the bad guys.
