[edit] The Beginning of Videos For The Family

Aaron Pacentine is the owner/founder of the online site, VideosForFamily.com and he is originally from southern California and now lives in South Carolina. His web site is dedicated to brining families across the nation and abroad with quality family entertainment interviews, audio productions and more online that is fun, exciting, and worth your time again and again. He also adds... You may even learn a lesson or two! A large section of the Videos For The Family web site is decided to the 1939 MGM classic movie, "THE WIZARD OF OZ". Aaron has had the honor of interviewing a number of people that were asked by Warner Brothers to participate in the re-release of the "WIZARD OF OZ" movie last fall. (Warner Brothers re-released the movie with a brand new restoration and restored the film). Aaron has also been able to interview and work with online through his web site, Billy Gilman (Professional country singer), Evie Karlsson (Christian music artist and composer), actress Erin Cottrell, among several others. He has also been able to put together currently a brand new audio series for his web site, on the new "Chronicles of Narnia" book series and Disney film. He along with a young man from the United Kingdom named Jamie Dodds, are working on this project.

Last October in 2005 Aaron was also able to help promote the re-release of the "Wizard of Oz" DVD at the LAND OF OZ THEME PARK in Beech Mountain, North Carolina. In March 2005, Aaron also attended and worked at the 1st Annual Wizard of Oz Day in Orange Park, Florida and helped in some promotion work in regards to the Wizard of Oz and his web site during the event. Allen Newcomer, who in the past has associated with Aaron online with the web site, was also present at the event.

Shortly after the re-release of the "WIZARD OF OZ" movie last fall, (2005) Aaron was asked by a few people in the Oz community about possibly planning a Wizard of Oz event and or festival in his county in South Carolina. He didn't think he was capable but after speaking to several people and a lot of planning this fall his dream is coming to light! This event titled, "We're Not In South Carolina Anymore" will be hosted by him, along with Celia Foster, of ReturntoOzTheMovie.com The official event site can be found at: [www.videosforfamily.com/oztour.htm]
