Victoraş Constantin Iacob, (October 14, 1980, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Vâlcea County), is a Romanian professional football player, currently under contract with Steaua Bucharest.

Very tall and powerful, Iacob is always a danger for the opponents' defensives.

[edit] Club career

He started his career in 1999 playing for AS Rocar Bucureşti, before moving to Universitatea Craiova in 2001 and then to FC Naţional Bucureşti in the following year.

2003 finds him to Oţelul Galaţi, from where Rapid Bucharest buys him in 2004, only to release him from his contract after few months. Iacob returned to Oţelul Galaţi but in 2005 is signed by Steaua Bucharest as a free agent.

Last season Iacob was Steaua's top scorer in UEFA Cup, despite missing a number of games due of an injury.
