Victor Rebengiuc (born in Bucharest, February 10, 1933) is a Romanian actor. He is married to Romanian actress Mariana Mihuţ.

Rebengiuc graduated from I.L.Caragiale Institute in 1956. Almost all his professional life has been linked with the L.S. Bulandra Theatre in Bucharest (a member of the European Union of Theatres). He has acted more than 200 roles there.

He has played in movies like Balanţa [The Oak], Prea târziu, Pǎdurea Spânzuraţilor [prize for direction at the Cannes Film Festival (for Liviu Ciulei), 1965], Moromeţii, De ce trag clopotele, Miticǎ?, Cel mai iubit dintre pǎmânteni and Niki and Flo.

Between 1990 and 1996 he was the director of the I.L. Caragiale Institute of Theatre and Film in Bucharest.

Between 1996 and 1998 he was the director of the L.S. Bulandra Theatre.

In 1988, for his performance in Moromeţii (as Ilie Moromete), he received two international prizes for acting (at the Santarem Festival in Portugal and at the San Remo Movie Festival in Italy).
