A software development branch of Victor Music Industries. It was known under the Victor Music Industries title until 1996, when it took the name Victor Interactive Software.

Developer of the Harvest Moon series and the Keio Yuugekitai series. Acquired by Marvelous Interactive Inc. in 2002.
