Victor Callahan

Victor Callahan is a Democratic politician from Missouri. He was born in Independence, Missouri.
In 1988, he was elected to the city council of Independence, Missouri, and continued to serve in that capacity until 1992. He then went on to serve as the legislative assistant to State Senator Nick DePasco. Upon the death of Senator DePasco, he ran for the then-vacant seat and was elected in 2003, winning reelection in 2004.
He currently serves on the following committees:
- Commerce, Energy and the Environment
- Gubernatorial Appointments
- Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence
- Small Business, Insurance, and Industrial Relations
- Ways and Means.
