Vichuga

Vichuga (Russian: Вичуга) is a town in Ivanovo Oblast, Russia, located some 65 km northeast of Ivanovo. Population: 39,700 (2005 est.); 40,870 (2002 Census); 53,000 (1970).
Vichuga was first mentioned as a volost in the will of Ivan the Great in 1504.
