Victor Wilson Sears (born March 14, 1918 in Ashwood, Oregon - September 21, 2006) was an American football player from 1941-1953. He played college football for Oregon State University and signed with the Philadelphia Eagles in 1941. He is a member of the NFL's 1940s All-Decade Team.
