I am not sure this belongs in wikipedia. It claims to be a neologism, a sort of psychology and related to memetics and NLP. Neologism do not belong here, for one. But if this is a field that is studied and/or believed in (I am unclear about what it is from the article, it seems a bit more religious than anything else) maybe WP should have an article on it.

First of, is it notable? Are there enough people involved in this on some level or is it tied to another new age belief such as NLP?

I'd like to hear the contributors about this before making changes or encouraging a deletion vote. Lundse ~
