Via Hibiki

Via Hibiki is a fictional character from Gundam SEED. She is voiced by Houko Kuwashima in the original Japanese version and Nicole Oliver in the English dub.
Another scientist and wife of Ulen Hibiki, the biological mother of Kira Yamato and Cagalli Yula Athha, and possibly of Canard Pars. Unlike her husband, who pursues the creation of the Ultimate Coordinator with zeal, she is more concerned about the morality of the situation and is thrown into despair when Ulen goes as far of using one of her own yet-to-be born children as the latest subject. She is the woman with the two infants who appears in the two photographs given to Cagalli (by Uzumi Nara Athha) and Kira (by Rau Le Creuset). Shortly before her death, she entrusts her children to her sister and brother-in-law, Caridad and Haruma Yamato.
