[edit] re Sennheiser
I don't know why you decided that I have a beef with Sennheiser as a whole and not the Sennheiser article. I love Sennheiser products, and have found them to design the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. I have no problem with editing as I see fit either, but I've found that asking about things in place already tends to give me more information on deciding if and/or how to edit something. Like I said in its talk page, I wasn't trying to be facetious.RCHM 05:18, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
- The only reason why I was inquiring was because you had some NPOV issues with the article, that's all. Try not to panic, as I'm just curious. — Vesther (U * T/R * CTD) 10:49, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bose Headphone Family
Hay man I was wondering if I could get you involved with the debate here. I know that you voted already but I was wondering if you could help me with the comments throught the article. Right now it looks like we have a 7/7 tie. I hope that you can help, after all we have spent a lot of time creating the article it would be a shame to loose it. Chat to ya later :) -- UKPhoenix79 23:13, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Ultrasone
Great job on the Ultrasone articles!!! I was about to expand the ultrasone article, but you did most of the work for me.
Many thanks!!Mastercheif 03:59, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Cell phone articles
I can't prod them all, that would probably be rightly construed as an abuse of process. I marked a number of cell phone articles that consisted only of "this is a model of cellular phone made by (manufacturer) with (some features). I didn't mark, for example, Motorola International 3200, or anything that had something resembling a claim of notability. I am going to place it on AFD. —ptk✰fgs 01:24, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Wikipedia:Third opinion
I've removed your request from 3O because I don't feel that it is appropriate for that page (it isn't between two distinct editors). I would however like to try and help you anyway, using talkpages. As I see it, using sentence case is in place to solve a lot of arguments, and make it much easier for new editors to understand our conventions - it is simple. I understand your concern with newspapers and other sources using a different style, but we are aiming to write an encyclopedia with thousands of people involved. This method works, in my opinion - feel free to argue back politely! Hope that helps. —Xyrael / 16:34, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Thanks for the typo fix
I wasn't sure if it was worth passing on to you, since he wasn't bothering you now, but if he does you can certainly use that for evidence of his behaviour.--Crossmr 01:43, 26 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Timecrisis
Do you happen to know if it's VSSE or V.S.S.E? The timecrisis articles seem to use a mixture of the two?
--Charlesknight 22:33, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
- Whatever fits, but preferrably VSSE (though V.S.S.E. is OK too). — Vesther (U * T/R * CTD) 22:34, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
VSSE it is then, unless someone comes up with information that says differently. All the articles should be uniform.

[edit] Thanks
Thanks tons for fixing the cqoute on the NFS: Carbon page. As you may have seen by looking at the history page I was having some trouble getting it to work. don't know why but I will have a closer look. Thanks again, JB Pretender2j 05:05, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Sorry
The characters in Time Crisis article was looking bare, I was trying (pathetically) to categorize 'em--SGCommand (talk • contribs) 18:19, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Attack
Yup, I caught it earlier. I reported him to Centrx and he's been blocked for a fortnight. I expected that he would behave as much, I wasn't expecting it would take him so long to get aorund to it.--Crossmr 05:24, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] The Time Crisis 4 talk page
Yes he's been warned mainly by me! :) He also targets the House of the dead articles and you should be aware that he also posts under this user account.
Keep up the good work! --Charlesknight 14:57, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hello Again
Hello Vesther I just wanted to let you know that I am back from my wikibreak after the whole AfD fiasco. I did some editing to the Bose Headphone Family and I wanted to get your take on it :) -- UKPhoenix79 03:38, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
- I thought that having the hidden text option was a great idea since it will be there only if users want to read it and to avoid making this page look like an ad. I checked around and EVERY page I listed as having the price with it still has it so I realized that the price was not the issue only the products (ie Bose). I got the info and the images from [1] and [2] what was interusting was reading the opinions... People were already complaning about the sound quality before they even came out... Figures! I'm surprised that they didnt have anything for you to try... I'm sure that if you bug them enough they'll let ya! Lets just hope they clean the ear pieces though :)
- Yea I come back and only after a few hours I get slammed AGAIN! Sometimes I wonder why I even bother! This time its about the images on the page and if they are even allowed to be used! I managed to get a compromise with some editors and removed images that can easily be taken leaving only images of items not in the public domain. Then I got another user who decided that absolutly no images can be used unless there free no matter how impossable they are to find! According to him images of items not yet avalable or specalized sets not avalable to the public aparently are not under Free-Use! Even though if you read the definition of Fair use you'll find that they do pass. But this user will not listen and wont even think about having a discussion. He kept on breaking the 3R rule removing all the images and I kept on trying to talk to him to find out what was going on. His only response was that they are copyvio images and need to be removed. I explained that they are not and only rare images of items not avalable to the public. Even so while I was talking to him he blocked me saying that I broke 3R atributing an annon editor as me, even though it was not, and refuses to apologize for taking such an action and implying that I would do such a thing.... sorry it still pisses me off :( Heck I even pointed out many other images to him showing how they are exactly the same and if they are fine why arn't the Bose ones... his only response was I'm dealing with other stuff right now. If thats true why is he so fanatic about this article? I think that I need to take this up with someone that can make him listen. Do you think I should take it to the Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal? But even so I contacted Bose directly to get permission for Wikipedia to use Bose's images so people wont moan about them any more... Man why is it that this article is causing so much trouble? -- UKPhoenix79 08:27, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] This is getting extremely annoying
I am getting so tired of having to watch and revert vandalism to Wild Dog (Time Crisis). It's too bad that we can't get it sprotected since the edit war is moving so slowly. Kudos to you for watching, reverting, and warning the users who keep trying to add the cruft information in. Hbdragon88 21:20, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
- Anytime. Being a Time Crisis Veteran, I make sure, in all my power, to ensure only the facts are contained within the article. — Vesther (U * T/R * CTD) 02:19, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
Well, I guess this is kind of off-topic, but what's your highest score in Time Crisis 3? I just got 1.21 million on Wednesday in 35:06. Hbdragon88 02:23, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
- Wow, you are like a god...lol. I have a lot to improve on. Next week, I think I won't use grenades anymore...I got lazy and used grenades against Zott and Wild Dog because they were moving too fast. Hbdragon88 02:37, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] our friend
This is what I think we will need to do to get a little administrator help - we monitor the articles for this coming week, we warn each time cruff appears, we create a log of the cruff at the end of that period (plus log all the previous cruff we are aware of) - we then present a case for "exhausting community patients" - hopefully a long-term ban then follows. --Charlesknight 14:21, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
Hi - I'm a bit busy today but tomorrow I'm going to try and get some admin assistance with our friend. --Charlesknight 12:41, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
