Versatel Telecom International N.V (Euronext: VRSA) is a telecommunications company operating on the Dutch and Belgian market.
Versatel Deutschland is a telecommunications company operating on the German market.

Today Versatel (Euronext: VRSA) is a mature company with more than 1,900 employees and over 1 million customers. Versatel (VRSA) is publicly traded on Euronext Amsterdam. Tele2 from Sweden owns over 75% of the shares.

The company has a product portfolio of fixed telephony, data, internet and mobile telephony products.

Versatel was founded in 1995. In July 2005 the company has been sold to TELE2 and the German part, Versatel Deutschland, has been split and sold immediately to Apax Partners who merged it with Tropolys, another German telecommunications company.
