The Vernon Township School District is a comprehensive community public school district, that serves students in Kindergarten through twelfth grade from Vernon Township, in Sussex County, New Jersey, United States.

High School
- Vernon Township High School (grades 9-12) [1]. New Jersey Teacher of the Year 2004-2005, Peggy Stewart, teaches at Vernon Township High School (VTHS).
The Vernon Township High School Vikings participate in the eleven-member Sussex County Interscholastic League. The school is categorized by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) as North I, Group IV.
