Vermont State Police

The Vermont State Police (VSP) is the state police agency for Vermont, which has jurisdiction anywhere in the state. The department is divided up into troops. It was created to protect the lives, property and constitutional rights of people in Vermont.

The Brattleboro Barracks of the Vermont State Police are in Windham County in the southeast corner of Vermont.
