Vermont Route 16 is a north-south state highway in northern Vermont. Its southern terminus is at Vermont Route 15 in Hardwick and its northern terminus is at Vermont Route 5A in Westmore. It runs for 27.60 miles. West of Barton, the road used to be part of New England Interstate Route 12.
