Vermont Route 15A is a short spur state highway located in Lamoille County, Vermont. The western terminus of the 1.82-mile long road is at Vermont Route 12 and Vermont Route 100 in Morrisville and the eastern terminus is at Vermont Route 15 in Morristown.

VT 15A begins at an intersection with VT 12 and VT 100 in the center of Morrisville. VT 15A duplexes with VT 12 for a short distance as the two routes exit Morrisville to the east along Upper Main Street. After 0.13 miles, the two routes split. VT 12 continues along Upper Main Street, curving to the south as it progresses while VT 15A turns onto Park Street and follows the road as it progresses to the northeast.
The road takes on an easterly alignment after exiting Morrisville, paralleling VT 15 for a short distance before terminating at the road in Morristown.
