Veritas Storage Foundation (VxSF) also known as Veritas Foundation Suite combines Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) and Veritas File System (VxFS) to provide a complete solution for online storage management.

Veritas Storage Foundations provides:

• Quality of Storage Service (QoSS)
• Dynamic Multipathing (DMP)
• RAID support

Veritas Storage Foundation is released optimized for four different environments: Veritas Storage Foundation HA, for databases, for Oracle RAC and for clustered file system.
