Verigy Ltd is the semiconductor automatic test equipment business that was spun off from Agilent Technologies. The company began doing business as Verigy on 2006-06-01. Verigy announced its initial public offering of 8.5 million shares of common stock on 2006-06-13, priced at $15.00 per share, and is listed on the NASDAQ National Market under the ticker symbol VRGY.
