Drop Dead Records appears to be the musical equivalent of a vanity publisher. If this is the case then the EP listed in the article isn't published, it's self-published. Since Drop Dead's site lists themselves as charging a fee for their services and as not taking profits from the musicians, I suspect that this is the case.
