Actually, I know 3 0f the 4 words:

  • протоколы = Protocols
    • Yes or even minutes as meeting minutes
  • засѣданій = ?????
    • Meetings, conferenses
  • сіонскихъ = Zionist
    • or at least Zion
  • мудрецовъ = Elders/Sages/Wise Men
    • Yes
