Veggie-Max (or Veggie Patty) refers to a vegetarian potato and vegetable patty that was served at some Subway Restaurants during 2005 and 2006. As of mid-2006 it no longer appears to be offered. The only vegetarian or vegan item still available is the Veggie Delite®.

The Veggie Max patty is actually a Morningstar Farms product.

Due to the presence of eggs and calcium caseinate, it is not vegan.
