Vegard Skogheim (born April 28, 1966) is a Norwegian football (soccer) coach and former midfielder.

During his active career he played for Hamarkameratene, Werder Bremen and Viking F.K.. He has a total of 197 matches and 36 goals in the Norwegian Premier League. Skogheim has played 13 matches for the Norwegian national football team and scored one goal.

As a coach he has been in charge of F.F. Lillehammer and Brumunddal Fotball, and is now managing Kongsvinger I.L. with great success, securing one promotion in 2003, and almost repeating the feat in 2004.
