Just because a band is not well known in an English speaking country doesnt mean it is not known elsewhere. Surely the purpose of wikipedia is to share information. I have an interest in french music and as such find articles on their bands to be of interest. I would assume that others would also, I will endeavour to collate as much information about them as possible to make this article "notable".
