Vangsvik is the administrative centre of Tranøy municipality, Norway. The village is located at 69°10′0″N, 17°43′60″E in eastern Tranøy. The famous Norwegian guitarist Torje Åsali Jenssen (1989-) spent most of his early years in Vangsvik, forming the local superbands AD/HD and Between Sheets there.
