Vanessa Lewis is a fictional character in the Sega video game series Virtua Fighter.

As an orphan, Vanessa was adopted by a special forces officer named Lewis, but Lewis died during a terrorist attack. After Vanessa learned that the terrorists were targeting VIP's, she became a security officer in honour of her father and to seek revenge against the killers. Years later, Vanessa learned that a woman named Sarah Bryant was being targeted by the J6 Syndicate. Thus she entered the fourth Virtua Fighter tournament in order to keep an eye on Sarah and protect her from any possible threats.
