Vanessa Jeri (born c. 1985) is a Peruvian comedy actress.

Jeri landed in show business almost without really wanting to. She did not entertain the idea of becoming a famous acting star as a child or a teenager very seriously, and she dedicated to her studies, graduating with a degree in hotel and tourism management instead.
Jeri met Laura Bozzo's current boyfriend, a budding singer named Christian, during a vacation trip to Buenos Aires. She had a one year romantic relationship with the Argentine musician but they broke up and she returned to Lima. Christian later went with Bozzo to Lima as well, and he became famous in Peru, but Jeri has said that they don't see each other anymore.
Jeri heard about a casting call for a comedy show named Mil Oficios (A Thousand Careers), and she attended the casting. Perhaps surprisingly to her, she was chosen to play one of the show's main characters, one of the two so-called Hermanas Terremoto Earthquake Sisters), the other one being Sandra Arana, who has had more acting experience.
Mil Oficios became a mega hit on Peruvian television, giving Jeri celebrity in that country, as well as in some countries where the show can be seen by satellite television. She and Sandra Arana became sex symbols once the show hit the airwaves, and Jeri plans to go on with her acting career, taking acting classes and having a theater play scheduled to begin on September 15, 2005.
Jeri has also had her share of endorsements, including one, for a Clinica Renuance, a well known institution in Peru, where she admitted to having had a liposuction [1].
Jeri has also been propositioned to make nude scenes on future television shows, to which she has emphatically denied.
