Hello. An anonymous user just blanked your user page. I'm assuming that the anon person was you, and that you blanked your own user page to remove the contact info on that page. When a page is edited, previous versions remain in the history and are available for anyone to view by clicking on the "history" button at the top of the page. If you want that information permanently removed, you can have the page deleted by first logging in under your screen name, then adding {{db-owner}} to your user page. When you do that, after a while an administrator will delete the page. Once a page is deleted, previous versions will still remain in history, but can only be viewed by admins.
