[edit] Apointed director?
Hang on, shouldn't we have a vote on who's the showcase director? Sure, Wikipedia's, not a democracy, but it works on concensus. -- Selmo (talk) 01:02, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- Well, I guess it's OK for this, but for bigger things, like WP:FAC, a discussion is better than volunteering yourself. -- Selmo (talk) 03:57, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- I just used my name in the mean time since I hadn't seen any action on here and started implementing the pages. If anyone else wants that position, I will freely hand it over. The idea of nominating a Showcase director is a good idea and should be implemented. I suppose the same could be said about assigning yourself as the Picture Showcase Director. - Ture, I'll step down if anyone objects my status as the picture director. -- Selmo (talk) 19:22, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Showcase Article Director
Well I nominate myself and will temporarily take responsibility until someone else is nominated and then will go to a popular vote. Mkdwtalk 23:12, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
