Vampire Night is a lightgun game produced by Sega, Wow Entertainment and distributed through Namco.

Wow Entertainment is the same development group that brought us the House of the Dead series.

The game is an on-the-rails shooter consisting of 6 branching levels where you as the vampire hunter must battle hordes of vampires and save as many villagers as possible. There is an arcade and special mode where you can purchase upgrades etc as well as a training mode for budding vampire hunters.

The game is well up to House of the Dead standards and contains some tongue in cheek references to that franchise. It can be played with either a light gun (recommended) or the standard pad (not recommended) It is compatible with the Namco NegCon 2 gun.
