Even though Leo is gone, Piper is in a surprisingly good mood, leading Paige to suspect that Leo altered Piper's memory. However, Paige's spell to restore Piper's memory accidentally causes total amnesia. Calling upon Leo for help, Phoebe and Paige discover that he is being held captive on the Island of Valhalla, a mythical place ruled by warrior-maidens. Trying to cover up his involvement in Leo's disappearance, Chris (who is still hiding his true identity), the girls' new Whitelighter, helps them disguise themselves as Valkyries and orb onto the island. The sight of Leo causes Piper's pain to come flooding back, prompting her to stay behind on the island while everyone else escapes. The warriors whom the Valkyries are training for the "end of the world battle" accidently follow Paige and Phoebe across dimensions to San Francisco, and thinking that it is the time for their task, they wreak havoc on the city. Meanwhile, Phoebe discovers she has a new power and Paige takes a job as a dogwalker and is amazed when one of her dogs is transformed back into a man.

  • To Reverse a Curse: I call upon the Halliwells. I call our powers to undo this spell. Make right again that we must, reverse the curse that made this mutt.
  • To Open Someone's Heart: Open Piper's heart to reveal, that part which only Phoebe feels. Send it back from whence it came. But don't protect her from the pain.
  • To Alter Someone's Attitude: A spell was cast, don't make it last. Remove it now, don't ask me how.

  • The episode title is a reference to the movie Valley of the Dolls, as well as Valhalla, the mythical home of the Valkyrie's in Norse Mythology, where the souls of dead warriors are taken.
  • Another title used by The WB in advertisements for this episode was Valkyrie Vixens.
  • This is the first time Phoebe uses her empathy power to tap into other person's power.
  • When Piper (turned into a Valkyrie) and the three Valkyries ride on motorcycles through San Francisco, the music playing is Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries.
  • In this episode, Paige helps a dog named Oscar return to his human form. In the episode Charmed Again, Pt 2 she also had a pet bird named Oscar, which was killed by the Source.
  • When Paige asks Oscar why a witch cursed him, he makes a tongue-in-cheek comment on how he made a million mistakes. Oscar is played by Evan Marriott, who was the star of the TV reality series Joe Millionaire.
