Valdieri is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km southwest of Turin and about 15 km southwest of Cuneo, on the border with France. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 950 and an area of 153.0 km2.[1]

The municipality of Valdieri contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Andonno, S. Anna di Valdieri, and Terme di Valdieri.

Valdieri borders the following municipalities: Aisone, Borgo San Dalmazzo, Demonte, Entracque, Isola (France), Moiola, Roaschia, Roccavione, Saint-Martin-Vésubie (France), Valdeblore (France), and Vinadio.
