From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Baho is a mix of meat, green plantains and yuca cooked in banana leaves. It is spelled vaho, but pronounced as "bajo" which in Spanish has the same pronunciation of "bass". It is a traditional Nicaraguan dish originated from the mix of cultures between the indigenous and afronicaraguans of the country.
The food's name is misspelled. It is with a strong B not a weak one (V). Allan J. Lacayo.
