Vacancy is the 2007 horror/thriller which stars Kate Beckinsale and Luke Wilson. The film will be distributed by Screen Gems and production will commence in August 2006. Nimród Antal is currently in talks with Screen Gems to direct the film.
Early on, Sarah Jessica Parker was going to be in the film. A September 2006 article in the Hollywood Reporter announced that Kate Beckinsale has signed on to replace Parker.[1]

A young married couple becomes stranded at an isolated motel and find cameras hidden in their room. They realize that unless they escape, they'll be the next victims of a snuff film.
