Víctor Manuel Román y Reyes

Víctor Manuel Román y Reyes 1873 1950) was President of Nicaragua from 1947 to 1950. He was considered to be a puppet of former president Anastasio Samoza Garcia, the commander of the army, and was a member of Samoza’s Liberal Nationalist Party.
