Utica Community Schools

Utica Community Schools District (UCS) serves Utica, Sterling Heights, and the Charter Township of Shelby in the U.S. state of Michigan. UCS is the second largest school district in the state of Michigan. The District was led by Superintendent Joan C. Sergeant, Ed.D. up until her retirement effective June 30, 2006. She was replaced in the summer of 2006 by Dr. Christine M. Johns.
