Utica is a village in Winona County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 230 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.4 km² (0.9 mi²), all land.

As of the census2 of 2000, there were 230 people, 82 households, and 62 families residing in the village. The population density was 96.5/km² (250.1/mi²). There were 85 housing units at an average density of 35.7/km² (92.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 96.96% White, 0.87% Asian, 1.30% from other races, and 0.87% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.83% of the population.

There were 82 households out of which 41.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.4% were married couples living together, 11.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.2% were non-families. 19.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.76 and the average family size was 3.17.

The survey showed 29.6% of the people in Utica were under the age of 18, 10.0% from 18 to 24, 31.3% from 25 to 44, 18.3% from 45 to 64, and 10.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 32 years. For every 100 females there were 101.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 102.5 males.

The median income for a household was $43,250, and the median income for a family was $44,286. Males had a median income of $30,500 versus $20,625 for females. The per capita income for the city was $19,185. About 3.3% of families and 3.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of eighteen and 10.3% of those sixty five or over.
