As you can see here http://www.stateparks.utah.gov, the agency is actually called Utah State Parks and Recreation. Maybe this article could be renamed or perhaps just deleted, I don't really think every state agency needs its own article unless someone actually researches the history of it.

Then again, their contact info states simply "Utah State Parks", as do all their press releases. This "article" is a rather poor stub but some might disagree as to its deletion-worthiness (see Wikipedia:Candidates for speedy deletion). You could list it on Wikipedia:Votes for deletion if you wish.
