FYI: I've added this collaboration to the info at both WikiProject California and WikiProject Southern California.

A suggestion: To start with, I would suggest that you try for a Collaboration of the fortnight, or Collaboration of the month. Even for Collaborations with active WikiProjects or Regional notice boards associated with them, trying for a new collaboration every week is often too ambitious.
