The USG Sheetrock 400 is a NASCAR Nextel Cup stock car race held at the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois.
Introduced in 2001 to the NASCAR circuit as the Tropicana 400, the USG Sheetrock 400 is a relatively new race. Since it started, it has been the 18th race of the season, directly following the Pepsi 400. It has seen five different winners in its first six years, Kevin Harvick being the back-to-back winner of the first two NEXTEL Cup Series (then Winston Cup Series) races.
