Change the template

It should read "This member is a Vigil Brother has the Vigil Honor in the Order of the Arrow" I know that "has the ~ Honor" is still poorly phrased, but it isn't a "Vigl Brotherhood." Scoutersig 18:54, 31 May 2006 (UTC)n Please tell me what you think.
