[edit] Images

Fair use image has been removed in accordance with WP policy on image use in templates. I will be making a hook 'em hand sign icon for use in this template today. No need to fear :-) -Scm83x 18:42, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

I've changed the image to a photo of the UT Tower, and changed the color of the trim to burnt orange. Hope you like it! Angr/talk 23:52, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
This image issue was resolved several months ago. I think you misinterpreted the need for a new image. Thanks. — Scm83x hook 'em 00:19, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
I didn't misinterpret it. I thought it might be nice to have a new picture, one that's associated with the University per se and not just with the football team. Angr/talk 00:23, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
This hook 'em image was created specifically for use in this template. I wouldn't say that the hook 'em horns hand sign is restricted to athletic usage. It is used in many contexts and does truly represent the university to many of those unfamiliar with its other aspects. Additionally, the tower image is crammed into the box. The use of the hook 'em image gives a clear picture of what we are trying to represent with a clear image that was created specifically for this purpose. — Scm83x hook 'em 00:27, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
