[edit] Incorrect licensing tag

Pardon my "ignorance", but how can one be the creator of a photograph in which they appear? Might I suggest you consult the person who took the photograph and acquire some proof of permission for use before claiming it as your own creation? StalinsLoveChild 15:42, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

Well, my dad took it for me when I took him down there. You're right, I don't have any sort of proof for that, but I'm sure he doesn't mind being as that it was my camera that took the photo. I've reverted your tag for that reason. Thanks, HawkerTyphoon 16:43, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
Using that logic then, 2001: A Space Odyssey is not the creation or property of Stan Kubrick, but rather the cameraperson or person who filmed it. The simplest thing would be to remove that image and replace it with one where it's clear you have taken the photograph yourself. StalinsLoveChild 19:57, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
I'm not going to reply to this anymore. If you really do feel the tag belongs there, I'll contact an administrator and they can deal with it. Thanks. HawkerTyphoon 20:26, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

Not replying? A clear breach of WP:CIVIL - rudeness. Might I also point out that the comment underneath the photograph claims that you are sitting on a railing. Clearly very misleading (WP:CIVIL - lies) as your forearms are the only parts of your body that are touching the rail, and even then only through the fabric of your shirt.
