USCG Air-Sea Rescue, at USAF Base, Kindley Field. The US Coast Guard operated air-sea rescue services from the USAF Base, Kindley Field, until the withdrawal of its Grumman Albatross flying boats in 1965. The role was subsequently filled by helicopters.
