Usana Health Sciences is a Utah based health and wellness company which produces nutitional supplements, skincare and weight-management products distributed by means of network marketing. Usana was founded by Dr. Myron Wentz to market initially his proprietary anti-oxidant formula called The Essentials. Distributor commissions are calculated weekly as the outcome of volume sales generated by each rep's organization, using a Binary compensation plan.
