This is a Parish flag of St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. It depicts the monument to the Battle of New Orleans in the War of 1812 surronded by stars and laurel branches. The monument is located in Chalmette, Louisiana at the Chalmette Battlefield.

I created this image in 2002. It's based off of a photograph of the winning flag for a re-design contest of the St. Bernard Pairsh Flag. It was submitted to the fotw database.
