Ursuline High School is a private Catholic coeducational secondary school located in Youngstown, Ohio. Founded in 1905 by the Ursuline Sisters, it was an all-women's academy until 1930.

As of the 2003-2004 school year, the student population of Ursuline High School was 492. There were 35.5 teachers, and the student/teacher ratio was 13.9. The racial demographics of the school were 79% White/Caucasian, 17% Black/African American, 3% Hispanic/Latino, and 1% Asian/Pacific Islander.
