Ursula Karven (born 17 September 1964 in Ulm, Germany) is a German actress.

Ursula Karven acts and has been involved in numerous German television films and series.

In 2001, Ursula Karven made headlines for a tragic reason. Her four year-old son Daniel drowned during a birthday party in the swimming pool of American musician Tommy Lee in Santa Monica.

She is married and has two other children. She lived with her family for a few years in Florida, USA, and presently lives on the island of Mallorca. In addition to acting, Karven markets her own line of baby products and the maternity clothing line "Bellybutton". Since 2004 she promotes relaxation exercises called "Power Yoga", which often brings her back to the American West Coast, especially the region around L.A.
