URCHIN is a fictional film about a homeless boy living in an NYC underground mole people community called Scum-City. It was written, produced and directed by John Harlacher, and features hackers Emmanuel Goldstein, Phiber Optik, and Bill from RNOC in acting roles, playing members of a strange criminal organization. An unfinished version of the film was shown at the Sixth H.O.P.E.conference.

The film was finished in mid August 2006, and release information will be announced soon.
