[edit] Working For UPCHEM

To work for UPCHEM, you must meet one of its two requirements which are:

  • Having a Chemical Certificate at the Junior or Academic Level and the ability to identify and analyze chemicals
  • Having workign experience in International Trade

Currently, UPCHEM employs roughly 150 people throughout the world. Perhaps the weakest aspect of UPCHEM is its website. While the Chinese website is understandable, only the Welcome Page for the English site makes 100% grammatical sense because it was written by a Chinese-Canadian: Adam Wang. UPCHEM is currently working on improving and renovating its website and has hired some webdesigners from North America.

[edit] Research and Development

The majority of UPCHEM's money funds research and development and perhaps its only advertising is from trade shows. This is has proven to be highly successful as many other companies are using UPCHEM chemicals for their own products. However, this can be argued, as in China, there are many privately owned chemical companies, though UPCHEM is one of the largest.
