U.T.P. is an abbreviation used by those in the punk scene, mostly in Belfast.

The initials stand for Up The Punks and came from the initials U.T.H. which stands for Up The Hoods. It started as a general piss take and grew from there.

It is usually seen graffitied around various areas in Belfast, mostly around Writer's Square.

Also used is U.T.H.B. which stands for Up The Hippy Bastards. Hippy Bastards is often used as a derogetary term which hoods yell towards those of an alternative culture in Belfast and surrounding areas.
